My tracking shows delivered but I haven't received it?Updated a year ago

If your tracking link states that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it at your door, please check in/at your mailbox or contacting your local shipping courier like USPS to help locate the package.

If your package is not in/at your mailbox, please allow up to 2-3 business days for the package to show up. Sometimes shipping couriers mark them as delivered when they're still in transit.
