What is your return/exchange policy?Updated 15 hours ago

Return Window

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Items returned without their original packaging (e.g., Marcozo pouch) are only eligible for store credit unless the packaging is sent back at your expense.


Exchanges

  • U.S. customers: First exchange is free. We cover shipping both ways.

  • International customers: You cover the cost of sending items back, but we’ll ship the replacement to you for free.

  • Exchanges are only for the same item in a different size or color.


Returns (Refunds)

  • All refunds (U.S. & international) incur a $5 restocking fee.

  • U.S. customers: Receive a free prepaid return label.

  • International customers: You are responsible for return postage. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

  • Store credit: Choose store credit instead of a refund to have the $5 fee waived.


Non-Refundable Situations

  • Lost or stolen packages (reshipment offered)

  • Orders marked “delivered” by tracking but not received (reshipment offered)

  • Items damaged while in your possession

  • Returns not shipped or dropped off within 14 days of delivery

  • Stack & Save bundles: if one item is returned, remaining items will be charged at full price and refunds adjusted


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  • U.S. Customers:
    Go to marcozo.happyreturns.com
    Enter your order number (e.g., M12345) and Zip Code, then follow the steps.
    You’ll receive a confirmation email with your prepaid label.

  • International Customers:
    Go to 360.postco.co/marcozo
    Enter your order number and email/phone, then follow the steps.
    You’ll receive instructions on how to ship your return.
